999jl — Play
Responsibly, Enjoyably
Gaming is a form of entertainment — we make sure you always enjoy it within safe limits and can get support whenever you need it.
999jl is for people aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or playing games is strictly prohibited for minors.
Why is responsible gaming important?
When online gaming goes beyond the boundaries of entertainment, it can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. 999jl believes a healthy gaming experience means knowing the right limits and enjoying yourself within them.
Our protective tools
999jl offers several practical tools to keep players safe, which you can activate from your account at any time.
Set Deposit Limits
Control your spending by setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum duration for your gaming session. You will be automatically alerted once the set time is reached.
Time-Out (Break)
Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. You will not be able to log in during this time.
Self-Exclusion
You can close your account for 6 months or permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, support team approval is required to reactivate it.
Loss Limit
Your session will automatically end once you have lost a set amount, preventing further losses.
Reality Check
Receive automatic reminders every 30, 60, or 90 minutes to remind you how long you have been playing.

999jl's Responsible Gaming Policy
999jl believes that a truly reliable platform does not just offer games — it also cares about the wellbeing of its players. That is why we treat responsible gaming as a core value, not a formality.
On our platform, every player's gaming activity is protected by SSL encryption and operated under a fair play policy. We never encourage players to spend beyond their means.
We ask every user to set a clear budget before starting to play. Keep in mind that there is no guarantee of winning every time from gaming, and it is not a reliable method to increase income.
Our payment limits are also part of responsible gaming. The minimum deposit amount is set at ৳500 so that no one deposits more money than necessary upfront. Transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are easy and secure.
999jl's VIP program is also run responsibly. Weekly cashback is available across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond — it is a reward for entertainment, not an encouragement to take on extra risk.
Our support team is available around the clock to ensure responsible gaming. If you are experiencing any difficulty, do not delay — contact us today. We are committed to helping you without judgment and with full confidentiality.
