1. General Terms

• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• 999jl will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from misuse of your account.

2.3 Account Verification

999jl may request documents for identity verification at any time. Verification may need to be completed before withdrawals are processed. 999jl reserves the right to suspend an account if verification fails or if information is found to be inconsistent.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

• To join, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• 999jl may request proof of age at any time. If proof cannot be provided, the account will be closed.
• Any transaction carried out by a minor will be considered void and the deposited amount will not be refunded.
• It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in your area.
• If you are subject to an active self-exclusion process, you may not open or use an account on the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on the 999jl platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka) — for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Please ensure the deposit amount is correct and is being sent from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

999jl offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit.
• While a bonus is active, the deposit amount also cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, per device, per IP address, or per payment method.
• 999jl reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
• 999jl may modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

999jl has five VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move to higher tiers, the weekly cashback benefit increases — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. 6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

999jl is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined by independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG).

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors is prohibited; if you find any such issue, you must notify 999jl immediately.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• If an incorrect amount is credited or displayed as a win due to a technical error, 999jl reserves the right to correct that error.
• If a suspicious gaming pattern is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet will be considered final.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is suspected to be linked to match-fixing or any other misconduct, it will be cancelled.
• 999jl reserves the right to investigate unusual betting volumes placed from multiple accounts on the same event.

999jl may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:
